Anti-Valentine's Week consists of seven days, each with its own theme:

Kick Day - February 16: On Kick Day, the focus is on kicking away memories and negativity from past relationships. It's a day to cleanse your life of anything that holds you back.
Perfume Day - February 17: Falling after Kick Day, Perfume Day is about self-care and pampering. It's a day to treat yourself well and indulge in things that make you feel good.
Flirt Day - February 18: Flirt Day encourages singles to take chances and approach their crushes. It's about stepping out of your comfort zone and embracing new experiences.
Confession Day - February 19: This day offers an opportunity to confess your feelings to someone you like. It's also a time to apologize for past mistakes and seek forgiveness.
Missing Day - February 20: Missing Day is a chance to express your feelings to loved ones. It's a reminder to cherish the people you care about and let them know you miss them.
Breakup Day - February 21: The final day of Anti-Valentine's Week, Breakup Day, is for those in toxic or unfulfilling relationships. It's a day to end things and embrace freedom.
