The townhouse is located in the new development - with access to a neighborhood clubhouse (pool and gym). I am looking for someone who is an employed professional mature, and responsible male or female roommate to live in a nice home with a full size room. The area is peaceful, quiet and a safe neighborhood. Your room is very nice and big, you also have full access to the Kitchen and have a full size refrigerator for your use. Room is not furnished so you need to bring your own furniture. This is a zero drama house and I like to keep it that way. You need to have a full time stable job with pay stubs to show on first meeting.
