In an era of unparalleled disruption and low teacher satisfaction, residency programs offer a critical opportunity to reimagine what’s possible for our nation’s #teachers. But for schools with limited funds, they can seem prohibitively expensive. We partnered with the National Center for Teacher Residencies (NCTR) to study six residency programs and develop a framework for financial sustainability.
