Mark 11:24 says, "Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they shall be [granted] you." It doesn't say that by believing you will receive them, but you that have already received them. It is the same with problems of diseases.

Mark 11:24 Encourages Us to Pray for the Things God wants.

So ask for these things, and know that you have them, believe that you have them. Make your wants God's wants, then ask for whatever you want, believing that you have received it.

In fact, when Jesus modeled this for His followers, He linked the petition for daily bread with the petition for forgiveness. “Forgive us” comes right after “Give us this day our daily bread.” It's a hint that we need both, every day—food and forgiveness. We should pray for both on a daily basis.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation” (Rom. 10:9-10). Note that Paul said “if” one confesses with the mouth and believes in their heart they shall be saved. The opposite of that is that if they do not do those two things, they will not be saved.
