(Del) D'Alessandro, Jr. passed away peacefully in his home on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, after a short but hard-fought battle with cancer. Del was born December 12, 1944, in Brooklyn, NY to Orlando and Catherine D'Alessandro and was the oldest of four children. Del graduated high school from The American High School of Tehran, Iran in 1962 and attended the University of Maryland in Munich and Maryland. He served in the Army in Vietnam and worked at Hallmark Cards for more than 40 years. Del enjoyed tennis, bowling, traveling, poker, bridge, gun collecting and was an avid photographer.
