This all-purpose, savory gourmet condiment is made from specially selected ingredients, such as dried scallops and shrimps. It is an ideal appetizer or dipping sauce to enhance the taste of dim sum, noodles and all kind of dishes.
Ingredients:
Soybean oil, dried shrimps, water, dried scallops, salted chili peppers (chili peppers, salt), fermented broad bean paste (broad beans, water, salt, wheat flour), dehydrated garlic, sugar, yeast extract (yeast extract, maltodextrin, salt, sugar), spices, disodium 5’-inosinate and disodium 5’-guanylate as flavor enhancers.
