1. First, make it clear that you’ve written a love letter
You want to let your loved one know that this is a love letter. You can begin with something like, “I was thinking today about how much I love and appreciate you, and how lucky I am to have you by my side. I wanted to sit down and write you this letter to express in words how much you mean to me”.
2. Recall a romantic memory
What’s beautiful about being a couple is that no one else has a love story quite like yours and your partner’s. The two of you share a special history, full of memories and experiences that are unique to your love story. This is why opening your letter with a fond memory that the two of you share helps ignite feelings of love and adoration for your relationship. You can choose a memory from the day that you fell in love, your first date or your first vacation together.
Many people opt to reminisce on the first time that they met their significant other. It could go something like this, “I will never forget the first day that I met you. 6. End the letter with a closing line that sums up your love
