The Tiffany’s Plate is a diet method shared by an influencer from Tampa, Florida, United States. The Tiffany’s Plate diet is one of the weight loss methods that currently become hot topic in society.1 Tiffany claims that, previously, her weight was 104.3 kilograms. Further, she created the Tiffany’s plate, consist of of eggs, cottage cheese, and mustard for breakfast; chicken sausage, brussels sprouts, pickled okra, radishes, heart of palm, broccoli, asparagus, dragon fruit, Japanese white sweet potato, mustard, and cottage cheese for lunch. She only had her meals with a bottle of watermelon electrolyte. After following this diet method, Tiffany successfully lost more than 36.2 kilograms, and as a result, many have started adopting her eating pattern for weight loss.2
