Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce is an all purpose gourmet condiment made from the finest ingredients such as dried scallop, dried shrimp, red chilli pepper and spices. It is a delicious appetizer by itself, as well as an excellent addition to all dishes, Chinese dim sum, noodles, porridge and Japanese sushi. XO Sauce is also ideal for cooking meats, vegetables, seafood, tofu, fried rice and even pasta.
