Run the Butterball turkey in its inner packaging under cold water for one minute and massage the turkey as indicated on the package instructions. This will help loosen the bag from the turkey. Then, place the turkey into a 3” deep roasting pan. Use the grip and tear at the bottom of the bag to fully remove the turkey from the inner packaging. If needed, you can also use scissors to cut the packaging and slide the turkey out. You could also wear gloves to further enhance your grip.
